Jogja Qyu Emang AsLi Berhati Nyam-Nyam...

Baru 20 hari aku tinggal di Jogja, berat badanku udah naik 2 kg. Putri sulungku suka meledek aku, pasti bajuku/kaos oblongku uda yang gak muat kupakai. Nafsu makanku lari kenceng, sekenceng becak racing di sirkuit F1 - Sepang. Apalagi sekarang udah jalan 3 bulan aku tinggal di Jogja, udah naik lbh dari 5 kilogram. Rasanya semakin daku buLat bundar subur tubuhku. Putriku semakin bahagia melihat kegendhutan ibunya, kaya karung beras sekintal katanya. Abis gimana yaaa...tetangga kanan tiap siang jualan sayuran mixed salad ala jogja lengkap dg juice sirsak yang menggiurkan. Sorenya angkringan nasi kucing, gorengan pisang-gembus-tempe-tahu isi-tape goreng plus susu jahe hangat....apa dayaku teman ?

3 bulan tlah berlalu, setiap aku pake baju seragam kenegaraanku sekarang yaitu DASTER BATIK, yg punya filosofi nan indah : " Semakin dekil and dekumal yang namanya daster itu, makin nyaman ditubuh para ibu indonesia....Apalagi kalo udah ada yang robek2 ancur dikit dasternya...makin FIT and SIMPLE di badan "
Aku mencoba berkaca didepan cermin kamarku...hhhmmm...aku seperti buntelan leupeut ketan sekarang. Bahkan anak balita sahabatku, si RAFFI balita cunihin yg kalo liat cewe cantik, yang dulu kalo ketemu aku selalu tersenyum malu-malu kucing itu...sekarang sudah berani bernyanyi lantang dihadapan papa-mamanya " Mbak Inoooong JELEEEEK, hidungnya peSEEEEKK...." Terimakasih dedek Raffi atas dedicated song-nya. Untung mamamu itu sahabatku.

Beginilah hari-hari sang mantan mugari ini sekarang. Dulu jadi wanita karir, sekarang jadi wanita katrok.

My JuN1Or Master CHEF, A La ShiNinTyA on her 1st Home Made Cooking

This evening my daughter asked me to help her on cooking. I was so surprised that my Lil' Babby BalaBala wanted to cook. She is juz a tomboy gurl, and rite now she wanted to cook for her dinner ? She opened the fridges, and found some vegetables and meatballs on it. I was so curious how strong she wanted to learn about cooking. She took some cabbages,carrot,meatball,egg and onion. Ohhh My Dearest, she really wanted to cook a mixed vegetables fried.

She asked me to follow her in the kitchen. She said she did not know how to make a simple chap cay or a vegetable mixed fried dish. I smile on her. I asked her to open the recipe and she has to read it before start to cooking. And she read the recipe carefully. She become a girly in a moment. For me it is a miracle evening, she wants to learn to cook.

I wanted to laugh while saw her turn on the lighter of the stove. I said " Honey,my pretty girl. If U want to cook, make sure all the vegetables are already chopped with the onion. Dont turn the stove on, if U haven't chopped all the vegetables and the meatballs."
And she smiled to me " Sorry Ibu, I never cooked before, that's way I asked U here, Ibu "
She said she is inspired by a Master Chef  JUNA , who is always on air every Saturday and Sunday Evening at RCTI.

She put some pepper on it. She does not know how to open a bottle of worchester sauce, she tried to open the bottle likes she wanted to open a bottle of wine ???? I said " Heyyy, hold on , Babby....this is how to open a bottle of sauce..." and she tried to make another reason again and again...

For the first time of cooking, this is a quite good home made dish. Not to salty but not to oily also. Hohohoho...Duncha think I look like Chef Marinska giving some advise to her ????
She thaught that the onion should be thrown before all the vegetables were cooked well. I said NO, because onion is one of the flavour in every chap cay dish. More over she cooked well this evening for the 1st time in the kitchen and I think it's great for her, instead of only twitting,updating or commenting on her blogg rite ?
